Employer process

The job check sits between employer and worker

1. Employer accreditation

The employer needs AEWV accreditation before it can support an AEWV worker.

2. Job check

After accreditation, the employer applies for a job check for the job, pay, location, and minimum requirements.

3. Worker visa application

After the job check is approved, the employer can ask the worker to apply through Immigration Online.

Does the job offer match the details used for the job check?

Does the pay need a current wage rule check?

Who can answer personal visa questions lawfully?
